We review every check request as a priority. An initial specialist check usually takes 1–2 hours during business hours (09:00–18:00 Bulgaria time). A full cleanup is typically done within one business day, often within a few hours of receiving access.
A login to your hosting account (cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk or similar) and FTP/SFTP or SSH access where available. We only use access to clean your site and never make changes you have not approved.
